    MAKE A REFERRAL
    What we do...

    • Offer diversionary activities which keep the young people active and diverted away from anti-social behaviour
    • Work on a one-to-one basis with those young people at risk
    • We promote harm reduction strategies and signpost to professional services
    • Opportunities to be involved in local and national accredited courses
    • Via activities and sessions we promote their personal, emotional, educational, social and cultural development
    • We ensure that all young people referred to the project have high quality levels of support and planned interventions to support them individually
    • We ensure that all young people have a voice and are listened to during their active involvement in their program
    • We provide a common framework for all support agencies and services to coordinate and integrate their work with young people, parents/carers and the appointed local authority
