Part-time Support Coordinators/Night Concierge (Bedford)

​

Due to our continued growth and internal succession, an opportunity has arisen for 2 x part-time Support Coordinators at our housing provision for young people in Bedford.

​

You will deliver and support up to 12 young people who are supported by Local Authorities nationwide. You will have the ability to manage a caseload of between 1-3 young people living semi-independently in our establishment. You will be responsible in structuring keywork sessions consistent with a semi-Independent Placement Agreement working as part of an established team. You will provide an efficient and effective service to all out clients aged between 16-21.

You will also need to work effectively and establish excellent professional working partnerships with agencies in promoting our young peoples personal, educational, social and cultural development.

 

Our service is flexible, responsive and open to change, as new needs and requirements are identified.

 

As a Support Coordinator you will work with residents who have a wide range of issues related to personal circumstance. You will be a lone worker and must follow adequate Health & Safety risks and follow all company procedures.
